Amazon launches ‘faster’ Fire TV Stick 4K in India

Amazon has introduced a fresh iteration of its Fire TV Stick 4K in India today. This latest rendition, dubbed as “the brand-new Fire TV Stick 4K,” made its debut towards the latter part of the previous year. While it may not claim the title of Amazon’s most potent streaming player presently available, it boasts a notable enhancement of being “up to 30 percent faster” than its forerunner, courtesy of an upgraded processor. Furthermore, it embraces swifter Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and boasts a larger memory capacity overall.

Priced at Rs 5,999 in India, the new Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K is currently open for pre-orders exclusively on Amazon’s online platform at the time of scripting. The anticipated date for widespread availability is slated for May 13, 2024. Alongside its availability on Amazon, the Fire TV Stick 4K will also grace the shelves of Croma, Reliance Digital, and Vijay Sales.
